The owners welcomed our group with cake and wine because one of us was celebrating, which was a lovely touch. We were all new to Tbilisi, and the staff were hospitable and gave us ideas for places to visit. There were only two to four staff around during our stay, and I hope the service is just as good when we return. The hotel was better than I expected for its affordable price. It isn’t a high-rise, but the rooms were comfortable, clean, and not as small as I’d feared. Grocery shops are nearby, and the metro is a 12-15 minute walk away, which felt manageable.

The bathroom needs maintenance: the drain didn’t work properly and the floor kept flooding. There was no fridge in the room, which could make storing food difficult for anyone traveling with a baby or toddler. The airport shuttle was one-way only, despite how it was advertised, and laundry took a long time. The clothes came back neither properly clean nor dry. The room was cleaned on the first day and then wasn’t cleaned again. Staff spoke limited English, so communication was hard. When something went wrong, they got angry and blamed us. Breakfast could be much better, especially since fruit is cheap in Georgia. They wouldn’t let us eat food in the room, though it was apparently fine after we bought food from them. The location was really bad, in the middle of a neighborhood of garages. Overall, a very bad experience.

We’ve stayed here several times and enjoyed each visit. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the location is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful, though the number of travelers can overwhelm them at times. Service is good.

The staff were polite and the hotel was clean, so for the price it was worth it. Breakfast was simple but fair. We stayed four nights, though getting to the city center by public transport took around 30-40 minutes. The crew were nice.

The place was clean, but the staff treated visitors badly. They served European guests a variety of options, while refusing to give us extra sugar because we are Arabs. We were also charged extra fees for nothing. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever visited, and I really don’t recommend it.
