We're a family with two kids and a baby. Don't book this hotel. The service was terrible. When we arrived, there were only stairs, so we couldn't get the stroller or our luggage upstairs. The second room they gave us wasn't the one we'd booked. We only got the room we originally ordered after seeing the other one and complaining. Reception staff smoked outside the hotel, and the smoke came into the lobby and nearby rooms. When we told the receptionist, the response was, “Everyone smokes here!”

Breakfast was good enough to get the day started, and the rooms were very good. The reception staff were outstanding and available around the clock, with all the main attractions close by. Since it's in the old city, traffic can get a bit hectic. I'm not sure whether parking is available.

The rooms were quite good, and I want to thank Heracles at reception for the wonderful welcome. He was exceptionally helpful and professional. The hotel breakfast wasn't tasty, though, and the two women preparing it looked at us strangely and spoke aggressively.

The location made it easy to get to Batumi’s attractions, and we really enjoyed the room where my mum and I stayed. On the last day of our Black Sea tour, our group arrived to such a warm welcome. The receptionists were incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. Georgi and his older brother were especially friendly, and the staff’s care made the experience phenomenal.
