The breakfast had loads of options and was delicious, and I enjoyed spending time around the clean, comfortable pool, restaurant, and bar. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a really good shower. The Wi-Fi was the best I found on my long travels around Georgia. I felt welcome from every staff member I met, and they were so accommodating, especially Henry, who made sure my stay went well. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a good time here. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back!

You can see the beach just 40m in front of you, and the location is perfect. The facilities are incredible, and the hosts made the stay fantastic. Henry and Inga were so welcoming, they made us feel right at home. I’d absolutely recommend staying here when you visit Batumi.

My family and I spent two nights at Batumi Palm Hotel in November 2025. The staff were super helpful and spoke 5+ languages, which came in handy. The facilities were clean and modern, and the bar was well stocked and cheap. The location gets a 10/10 from me: you wake up with the Black Sea only 30 meters away and get a great sunset in the evening. Highly recommend it for families or couples!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely furniture and interior decor. Everyone on staff was accommodating with our requests, and they could communicate in 5+ languages. I stayed in November and had a blast. The facilities were fantastic, and you’re right by the sea, so the location is hard to beat. I highly recommend choosing Batumi Palm Hotel.

Henry, Inga, and the rest of the staff were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond. We had trouble crossing the border, so they stored our motorbike while we went to Armenia and back. They also kept a parcel safe for us after we sent it to them. People like this make travelling overseas so much more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel.
