Piazza Four Colours

The building looks lovely, but the rooms didn't impress me. They were clean, though the smell wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was decent enough. The people working in the breakfast lounge looked untidy and were unpleasant. They even cleared our plates before we'd finished eating.

We'd seen some mixed reviews and weren't sure what to expect, but the stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and good, and breakfast came with a view of the square. The staff were very polite and helpful. Since we had an early train, they arranged breakfast for us to take along. The location right in the city centre was hard to beat, and we had a great experience.

I only stayed the one night because I had to come for a company event. We asked for water and were told the allowance was just half a liter a day. There was no room service, and no bellboy when we arrived in the morning. Even with a lift, I had to carry my suitcases to the top floor. There wasn't any hot water either. I wouldn't stay again, even for free, and if I booked this hotel again, I wouldn't come to Georgia.

The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and quick, and the air conditioning worked well. But the toilets were dirty, the rooms were tiny with no balconies, and breakfast was unbearable. There weren't any towels unless you asked, and there was no iron or fan. I felt like I was in the cheapest hostel or a guest house.
