Ritsa Hotel

The price felt fair for what you get, and we liked having an upper room with a balcony. The location is great too. Still, I wouldn’t suggest staying three nights or more. The bathroom had mould, and the balcony door wouldn’t shut properly, so the bar’s loud music across the street came through at night.

I only meant to stay at Ritsa for three nights, but ended up extending to a week because I enjoyed it so much. The rooms were spacious and clean, with balconies, and the bathroom was nice. The staff gave good service, and Gurami helped me a lot. I don’t usually write feedback, but I appreciated the support from Gurami and his son Levan enough to leave a proper review. The hotel is centrally located and everything is walkable. Across the road is the five-star Divan Hotel, and the street is quiet enough that I could sleep with the balcony door open. I went to the Georgian sauna at Divan a couple of times and had a massage there too. It was professional and offered at a fixed, cheap price. TV channels were mostly in Georgian and Russian, with a couple in English. Thank you very much!

There’s a lot nearby, including restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, the seafront and massage places. The people working here were helpful around the clock, and tea and coffee were free all day. Breakfast was included and good, the rooms had air conditioning, and the price was good. Recommended.

The location was the only good part. The washroom was bad, with water left standing after a shower. Room locks didn’t work properly, and the bed and sofa were broken on one side and made noise whenever I shifted while trying to sleep. There was no water in the room and the cabinets were broken. Breakfast was awful, with no milk tea or coffee, and the staff weren’t cooperative. I wouldn’t recommend it.
