The studio for two was great and close to the places to visit around Batumi Cosco. If you're traveling on a budget, you can find it on Booking for about 10 to 15 dollars. A good, cheap option.

The worst place I've stayed. Don't even consider it.

Our apartment was amazing, and the building itself is great, though the stairs aren't. Construction also made getting there a little difficult. The start of our stay was unpleasant because reception barely gave us one of the two cards we'd asked for. We'd booked through Airbnb, and the owner had messaged reception in our name with a specific request for both cards. It took several minutes of arguing and multiple calls to the owner before we got the second. Reception customer service, especially from the person working Saturday from 5 to 7 pm, really needs to improve. It was a rough welcome to such a beautiful building, city, and country.

There's no service here, and nobody seems to care what you do. No staff to help, and the elevator can take 30 minutes to get up or down.
