The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. They serviced it daily, making the beds and changing the towels without us needing to ask. Breakfast was excellent, with a good mix of sweet and savory choices. We had a great stay, and the price was excellent value.

Rosa and Arsen deserve special thanks. The reception staff were very friendly and answered lots of questions about the things we needed to know. Our room was clean, and the view was great if you book a special view room. We were also checked in earlier than planned.

Almost everything was good, and the hotel was reasonably priced. Our room had a really unique sea view, and the staff were kind and lovely. We stayed for four nights. Grand Mall is just two minutes from the hotel, which was great. The mineral water was free only on the first day, though, and I wish it were complimentary every day. I also wish breakfast were self-service.

The location made it easy to reach Grand Mall and Batumi Boulevard, with a stunning sea view from Tangerine Apart Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and the room stayed spotless thanks to the daily cleaning. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a delicious, satisfying selection and plenty of it. I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed. I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit to Batumi.

There was no running water when we needed it most. They blamed a municipal problem, even though the nearby mall building didn’t seem to have the same issue. This isn’t really a hotel either, just the top two floors of an apartment building. Very bad place. Stay away!
