Season Suite Apart-Hotel

The pool was advertised as a hotel facility, but when I asked the receptionist, I was told it cost $20 per person per day. That wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I later found out there’s no pool in the hotel at all, just a separate SPA service in the hotel next door. The room description listed a safe, too, but there wasn’t one, so I couldn’t leave the room to eat or go for a walk. There was only shower gel in the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner. I left this "hotel" after two hours. I’m completely disappointed and was under a lot of stress there. This was the worst hotel service I’ve ever had. Never book it, for your health and safety.

A great hotel for either a short or long stay, with good service and a clean, neat room. It was a little hard to find, since you have to go to Reception B and then up to the 33rd floor of a tower, but everything else was perfect!

The staff were very nice, and the service was excellent. There’s a family feel here, which is unusual. My room had a sea view and was spacious, with everything I needed to get by, including a washing machine. The hotel is central, and I’d recommend it to everyone.

There was no water in my room when I checked in, not even a drop. The staff just shrugged and blamed the building, without offering help. Even the hallway cooler had run out, and there was no bottled water, so I couldn’t rinse the soap off my hands. When I politely asked for a discount because of the missing basic amenity, they refused and made it sound like it was my problem. The room was just okay, and the shower cabin door was broken. The breakfast was awful too: wilted vegetables, stale bread, a few boiled eggs, greasy scrambled eggs, and coffee so bad I can hardly call it coffee. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. The hotel takes up two floors of a generic 34-story tower and has no signs to show it’s there. You have to use a sketchy back entrance, and they don’t provide directions in advance. Reception gave me wrong directions over the phone, so I spent ten frustrating minutes wandering around. The elevators were another headache: only two tiny ones serve the whole building, so expect queues and a cramped ride. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. The whole place was a disaster. Save yourself the agony and book somewhere else.
