Sunshine Aliance Palace Apartments

The view is quite nice, and the place is close to the sea. There are plenty of elevators, so waits are short, and the kitchen has the basic essentials. The room had a sewage smell when we arrived. The window and balcony door had been left open to air it out, and we found the sink drain has no trap. The bathroom fan also doesn't work properly, so nothing dries and mold grows. With the smell, we tried to keep the bathroom door shut. The room is noisy too, but closing the balcony door meant plugging the sink. The bathroom door handle was broken. They said they'd send someone to repair it, but nobody came, so we did what we could ourselves.

I was in apartment 11 on the 38th floor. It had a bidet, though the place was expensive. The beach is far enough that you'll need a car. There’s a McDonald's nearby, plus a commercial street with everything you might need.

A small kitchen and a bidet are there. I thought the place was excellent and recommend it.
