We liked the nearby park and beach, though the hotel is a little far from the center. Daily cleaning was done by very pleasant staff, and the room was clean overall despite some worn furniture. Our suite had a terrace, a separate bedroom and living room, a spacious bedroom, lots of storage, and a comfortable king bed. The view was great. There were two desks for working, and the internet was acceptable, if not especially fast. Heating kept the room warm on cold winter days. The indoor pool is large and was quiet in the low season, although swimming lessons for outside visitors were sometimes held there. The sauna and hammam were cold, and the jacuzzi also stayed cold for several days. The kitchenette looked roomy, but had no cutlery, only glasses and cups for tea and coffee, so it wasn't really a kitchen. We skipped breakfast because it seemed expensive compared with nearby cafes, where we could get the breakfast we wanted with very good coffee for the same price or less. We'd also read poor breakfast reviews. All in all, a good experience.

The staff were welcoming, and the person at reception kindly let us check in early. We had a great two-night stay. The beds were cozy, WiFi and car parking were free, and we enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The views were fantastic, with the Black Sea visible from almost every room. We'd definitely come back.

We were very happy with the location, the cleanliness, and the service at Grandeur Hotel Batumi. The staff were so helpful, arranging an extra bed straight away because we were traveling with a toddler. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast on the 15th floor came with a beautiful view over the city and sea. There was a big, delicious spread with several choices suited to Indian tastes, which we appreciated. We stayed for the last two nights and had an excellent experience. I'd give it five stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi.

The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, and I felt welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location also made it easy to get to the main attractions and enjoy the city. Everything was better than I expected. I had an amazing stay at The Grandeur Hotel, highly recommend it for comfort, quality, and service. I'll definitely return on my next trip.
