The garden is lovely, and there are places to play table tennis or use the workout bar. I've stayed here for quite a while and love the hotel and its location, which makes it a good place to visit any time of year. The owner's family is the most welcoming I've met. We've travelled all over Georgia, including very remote places, with trips and tours arranged by the owner as another nice option. I'd recommend it to anyone after a peaceful nature stay and a feel for the country.

The nightly price is low for Batumi, and the family running the hotel are decent, kind and very helpful. They understand everything and do what they can, though there's a limit to what they're able to fix. The rooms are worn and get stuffy. In summer the area is extremely humid because of all the greenery, and the rooms feel even more so. I couldn't spend a minute without air conditioning. If your plan is to drink in the courtyard and only come back to sleep, it could work well.

The hosts were very welcoming, and the rooms were nice. Breakfasts were great and everything was close by. It's up on a mountain, though, and GPS sent us the wrong way.

Clean kitchen, room and bathroom, plus a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The sea is only a five-minute walk, and the Botanical Garden is 5-10 minutes away by car. A bus gets you into the city quickly. There are budget guesthouse rooms and newer rooms in the hotel's second building. The owners make up all kinds of activities. They took us to Svaneti in winter and into the mountains in summer. This is where I fell in love with Georgia and its culture. There are sweet cats around, and Jack, the dog, guards everyone's peace while still letting us rub his belly. I've made so many warm memories here. We always stay here, and I highly recommend it.
