U Morya s Shikarnym Vidom v Apart-Otele Orbi City (novy Batumi, Alleya Geroyev) 519A Apartments

We booked through booking, and it’s a big complex where finding reception is really difficult. There’s no parking lot, so we had to leave the car on the street. The building looks like it’s finished, but work is still going on and it didn’t feel safe. After a windy night, some stones fell onto my car and damaged its roof.

The view was nice, but the room smelled bad, and the chairs were all stained. The sheets and covers were very dirty too.

I contacted them through their website today to ask about a reservation, and they replied, “sorry, we are all busy” to review the request. Great response. Update: This booking was for two weeks from now, not today, so saying “we are all busy” doesn’t seem justified. See my email for further evidence. I’m trying to get a service, and I have the right to share my experience with a 1-star rating. I hope they take this feedback positively and improve how they respond to customers.

The apartments are great, and the service is very professional. Good quality for the price. I’d recommend them in any season except the cold winter.
