The host kept in touch while we drove from Kazbegi, even helping us find a free parking spot. He also checked on us along the way. Our room was ready when we arrived, and the location was great. The next day he surprised us with another room with a fantastic view, without us asking. We asked about dry cleaning, and he washed our clothes himself and brought them back in two hours without charging extra. We really enjoyed our stay at VIP 40 Apartment in Batumi. Everything about the place and the hospitality was lovely, and I’d happily come back.

We stayed four nights, and the breakfast was included. It wasn’t fancy, but it was good, healthy, and filling. Service, location, and price were all excellent. Mr. Mahmoud, the hotel manager, was kind, attentive, and helpful. I’m grateful for his hospitality and definitely recommend the hotel for the value in its class.

The door lock was broken, so we had to find a screw and fix it ourselves. The elevators also didn’t work, leaving us waiting more than 20 minutes each time, and the power went out for an hour overnight. On top of that, the room was dirty, the hotel was extremely noisy, and there were no amenities at all. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, a complete disaster.

We had excellent service and a good view. The hotel is well placed for Batumi’s entertainment, and both the staff and owner were nice.

I stayed four nights at VIP40 Hotel and felt right at home. It’s budget friendly, with a very good breakfast, and the staff were kind and helpful. Mohammad was a great host who went out of his way for guests. The view is stunning, too.
