The staff were so kind, especially Misha, who was friendly and really helpful. Getting around is easy, with Liberty Square, shopping centers, the metro, and bus stations about a 10-minute walk away. The slope can make the location difficult for older or disabled people, though. They supplied shampoo, towels, and tissues, but no shower soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The table and sink could also have been cleaned a little better.

Breakfast was fresh and had a nice range of choices, and Magnolia Hotel Tbilisi was well placed for visiting Tbilisi's main attractions. Even so, it felt calm and quiet when it was time to rest. We stayed in June 2023 and found the rooms spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome with warm, attentive service. It felt like a home away from home.

The hotel was quiet, but my stay was only mediocre. We had just one shower towel per person and no small towels. Cleaning was barely acceptable. When we asked for an iron, we were told it had been taken, which was disappointing. They could keep track of which rooms borrow one and ask for it back, or get enough irons to meet the need.

I was charged twice during my two-night stay. It's a nice hostel, but I've now waited two months without getting the refund. That's not serious at all, so be careful.

The price was very reasonable, and the open buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. Our room was clean, and housekeeping came daily. Everyone was helpful, especially Mr. Misha at reception, who was kind and attentive. My one suggestion is to offer halal-friendly cold cuts, like turkey, or clearly label what's there so guests can choose easily. We had a great stay and highly recommend Magnolia Hotel. The location and experience were excellent, and I'd gladly stay again on another visit to Tbilisi.
