The buildings look beautiful, the view is lovely, and the high-rise apartments have several lifts. Still, I gave only two stars because of what I see as cheating. Whatever booking site you use, the hotel agents give false price information, then charge you five times the amount you booked for. They add fees for bedsheets, towels, and electricity on top of the room charge, and breakfast isn't included. Please don't get caught in this. In my experience, every person at the building reception is a scammer.

The apartment had plenty of extra utensils and useful things, which made my stay comfortable. It also has some unusual-for-Batumi features, like a bidet spray in the bathroom and a towel-drying radiator. And yes, if you're wondering about the view, it's absolutely a banger. Loved staying there!

We only stayed three days, but all the storage in the apartment would make a longer visit easy. The owner was quick to respond and helpful while we were there. It's a comfortable, very nice place in Batumi at a reasonable price, with a great location, a superb Black Sea view, restaurants nearby, a grocery store, and parking available. We'd stay again.

Mornings were lovely on the sunny balcony with a cup of coffee, looking out at the sea. The location in t Batumi is wonderful, and the apartment has all the appliances you need, a TV, and surprisingly fast internet. The big bed was comfortable, so we slept well. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Newly renovated, clean, and stylish. Recommend!

The location is really good, and the price is reasonable. But it wasn't clean at all, and the door handle was broken.
