For a short visit, this is a solid choice if you want somewhere basic and neat, with quick Wi-Fi and a hot shower. Our room stayed really warm even though we were there in November. There's a washer and a little kitchen on the first floor, too. The owner was so welcoming and made us feel at home. I'm not sure whether she speaks English, but she was lovely, and brought us coffee, sweets, and even food she'd cooked herself.

The room was neat, and the location worked well for exploring the area. What stood out most was the owner's hospitality, she welcomed us and treated us like family. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hosts made us feel welcome during our one-night stay, and the guesthouse has a cozy feel. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. Breakfast is available to order, or you can cook for yourself. The hostess even treated us to cognac at breakfast ;) Borjomi Park is an easy, relaxed 10-minute walk away. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Borjomi.

We had a large room with its own bathroom and a balcony. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and although the room felt chilly, there were warm blankets. Cleaning seemed a bit rushed, though there may have been a change in cleaning staff.
