The breakfast choice was tiny, and when we asked for extra eggs, the staff were rude and unfriendly. There was just one receptionist for the whole hotel, which felt almost staffless. The place was dark and lifeless, and its isolated location didn't help. It’s advertised as four-star, but in our experience it didn’t meet even basic standards. A disappointing stay for the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
The balcony views were mesmerizing, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly too. I really enjoyed my stay, especially for such a good price. Thank you!
While we were at breakfast, hotel staff opened our room with their own key and went through our bags. They said they were trying to fix the toilet and had been looking in our bag for some kind of tool. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re willing to risk having an experience like that spoil your vacation.
The walk from the minibus stop takes about half an hour. Across the river you’ll find the park and some delicious restaurants. Our room was very clean, and the people were kind and nice 🙂
