The grounds are lovely, with green areas and fruit trees that the kids enjoyed. One evening receptionist was also friendly and helpful, and the place could work for a short break of about two nights. But for the price, too many basic things made our stay unsatisfactory. Noise carries clearly from the rooms and corridors, with no sound insulation at all. After 10 PM the restaurants stop serving, there’s no room service, and the hotel is far from restaurants or supermarkets. That was especially inconvenient for a family. Getting around is also difficult for disabled guests or anyone with a stroller because there are so many stairs. Breakfast was very limited, the menus weren’t translated into English, and dishes weren’t marked as “Halal.” Some guests took their dogs into the pool and restaurant areas. The price felt high for what was offered. The mini bar situation was particularly upsetting. I repeatedly asked reception to remove the alcoholic drinks because I was with children, but they insisted on leaving them. Later, a receptionist wrongly accused me of taking Coca-Cola and biscuits, spoke rudely, and even told the cleaner to check the trash bin. It turned out the mistake was theirs. She apologized, but only after handling it inappropriately.

The staff were really pleasant, and the rooms were gorgeous. The buildings look stunning, with splendid views. Recommended.

We booked the whole resort for our 45-person group, and the team gave us privacy and support the whole time. It was a great fit for a large group of families with kids, and every room had breathtaking views. The stay went beyond what we expected. Everyone we met was so kind and helpful, from management and reception to the staff, chef, and all the others. It was an amazing hotel and an unforgettable stay. Thank you so much. The mountain views were lovely, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in the suite, which was spacious and pleasant. Still, by European standards this felt like three-star hotel quality on a large scale, and we wouldn’t come back. The food wasn’t tasty, a first for us in Georgia, and breakfast was very poor, around Holiday Inn level. The spa also cost extra. The decor looked good in photos, but in person it felt cheap and tasteless, with poor-quality furniture and plastic details like the plants and bath. The grounds are small, there’s really nothing to do, and the price is too high for what you get.
