We found this apartment on booking.com because the price was affordable and the interior caught our eye. It lived up to what we expected. The owner met us, handed over the key herself, and showed us where to find essentials like currency exchange and groceries. The location made getting around easy. Local restaurants and grocery shops are walkable, public transport is just a few steps away, and a local market is about 50 mtrs away. Produce there was much cheaper than delivery or Carrefour, for example strawberries were 17gel/kg compared with 16gel for 500g by delivery. The busy part of Old Tbilisi is about a kilometer away. Inside, there was plenty of light from both the windows and the interior lights. The large cabinets gave all four of us enough room for our things for a week. The apartment had a stove, oven, microwave for leftovers, and a huge fridge, plus enough cookware, plates and utensils that we didn't need to buy any. There were also toiletries, a blower, an ironing board and flat iron. It felt very secure, with a key card at the gate and another for the unit, plus CCTV on the floor. The place also smelled like a hotel.

Natia made our stay especially warm and easy. She replied in under a minute, even in the middle of the night, and helped arrange a taxi for my trip back to the airport. Her instructions for arrival were quick and clear. Just watch out for airport taxis, which shouldn't cost more than 60 Lari. The apartment was so good that after booking my final night at another hotel, I changed my mind and booked Natia's place again. We stayed more than four days, and two people were comfortable there. It has a lovely balcony view, and Avlabari metro station is directly opposite. There are Spar, Carrefour and currency exchange shops downstairs. It has everything for a short stay, including a stove-top, Tv, fridge and iron board. I was so happy to be her guest. Natia and her apartment deserve five stars.

The location was perfect, and the apartment felt cozy and comfortable, like being at home. The view was awesome too. It's one of the best places I've stayed through Booking.com, better than a hotel, and I'd definitely come back.

The owner was really helpful and answered all my questions, even late at night. The apartment itself was modern, super clean, and had a washing machine.

The location worked so well for us, with shops, a pharmacy, currency exchange offices and cafes nearby. We booked two nights in August and were really happy with the place. It was clean, and the owner stayed in touch the whole time to help with questions. My Dyson hair dryer didn't fit the socket, but he brought me an adapter. It felt like a hotel suite, and was one of the best places in Tbilisi for a reasonable price. There was a living room with a sofa that the owner had thoughtfully made up for a child, a bedroom with a huge closet, armchairs and a large bed, plus a kitchen and a big balcony with a beautiful view. Each room had air conditioning. The apartment also had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries, slippers and robes. You could cook with the stove, refrigerator and kettle, though we ate at a cafe so the kitchen wasn't important to us. Thank you to the owner, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend it!
