The house is beautiful, with a spacious, pleasant room, a comfortable mattress and pillows, and lovely views. It was quiet, with fresh air, and the host was welcoming and quick to help. The downside is the steep hill. Walking the 800 meters from the city centre was really hard for me. If you're without a car like I was, I'd strongly suggest taking a taxi.

The hosts were helpful and ready to answer questions or lend a hand, and the house has a lovely garden and yard plus a shared kitchen. My room was comfortable, with a balcony looking out over Borjomi. Nikala's House is some distance from the town centre, but the walk uphill takes around 20-25 minutes and is pleasant. A taxi is another option, about 5-8 lari and 5-8 minutes. I recommend it for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

The view was great, and the place was peaceful and clean. The friendly owner has clearly paid attention to the details and made it comfortable. It really deserves five stars. If you're staying in borjomi, this is the place.

The main thing I loved about my stay at Nikala's house in Borjomi was the view from up high over the town ๐ก It was pretty good overall, though I did find it difficult to locate.
