We were a group of 10 and booked five rooms, or one whole floor. The rooms varied: some were a little small with separate single beds, while others had balconies and double beds. It's close to Borjomi Central Park and other areas.

We had a kitchenette to use, and the room came with hot water, Wi-Fi, a cupboard, and an electric kettle. It was clean and tidy. The balcony room we booked was comfortable, and there's a pleasant outdoor area for sitting and eating. The abandoned construction site behind the curtain didn't get in the way of relaxing, and it was quiet. There's a cafe downstairs with a breakfast menu, but it doesn't open until after 11 a.m. The park is a short walk away, and there's another nice park with children's playgrounds opposite the hotel. A good family-friendly place, we had a wonderful time.

A friendly hostess runs this lovely family hotel. Our rooms were clean and tidy, and the central location has plenty of cafes along the street. We were very pleased!

We stayed in September 2023 and found the hotel cozy and wonderful. The rooms were clean, the location excellent, and the hosts hospitable. Highly recommended!
