I booked through Airbnb based on the listing showing a pool, sauna, and other details, but there was no pool or sauna. The place wasn't clean, the trash basket hadn't been emptied, and the walls weren't soundproof. We asked reception to contact the manager, but she didn't reply. I'm really disappointed.

The building was put up by Redco, and it's reasonably good overall. The paneled doors let you hear the neighbors. There's no pool or restaurant. Didveli ski lift is 600 meters uphill, manageable if you're on your own with skis, but not with a family.
