The location was the only good part of my stay. I’d booked seven nights, but when we arrived at 4 am, nobody was at reception until 10 am. Then the receptionist said she’d canceled my room because I was late. The police had to sort it out, and the whole mess ruined my trip. The room was damp and smelled awful. It wasn’t cleaned once during the week, and when I asked for toilet paper, the supply ran out. The door lock was broken, so I couldn’t lock the room when I went out. The lamp was broken too. I asked for it to be changed, but they didn’t, and the room wasn’t bright enough at night. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was awful, with a terrible smell, and the service was just as bad. The sheets had marks on them, so I’m sure they’d been reused. I paid about 70 lari a night and was disappointed enough to change hotels. The location is good, but the hotel itself is bad.

The place was quiet and cozy, right by a main street lined with lots of shops. It was nice overall, but cleanliness could have been better. We also asked for tissues, and the receptionist said her boss hadn’t given her money to buy any.

We picked somewhere fairly near the center for our one night in Tbilisi, but the room was in poor shape. The bed was uncomfortable, the bedding was thin and torn, there was dirt under broken furniture, and the shower head was right above the toilet. The staff’s attitude was awful too. We had booked another room, were given a cheaper one instead, and never received any compensation.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It looks beautiful in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The things seemed to have been washed, yet they smelled awful and felt stuffed. The room wasn’t cleaned, and the aunt in general was out.
