There’s a lot nearby, including shops, pharmacies, a currency exchange, and playgrounds in each courtyard. Free parking beside the building has plenty of spaces, which makes the location especially convenient if you drive. The metro is a 17-minute walk. The apartment was very clean, and the landlady was pleasant and considerate of her guests. Soundproofing was excellent for a high-rise, with no neighbors audible at all. The main drawbacks were the lack of a proper dining table, just a bar counter and coffee table, and very dim lighting.

Manana made us feel at home from the moment she welcomed us, and she was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the small side, but still feels spacious. It was clean, cozy, and just as shown in the photos. If I return to Tbilisi, I’d want to stay with Manana again. Thank you, Manana, for making us feel so comfortable.
