The service was awful, it wasn’t worth the money, and there was no Wi-Fi. We were told that, because of upcoming corporate events, we had to move to another apartment of the “same type” in a different building. Instead, they moved us from a two-bedroom studio apartment to a single studio room. We were traveling with infants, but reception staff were extremely slow and dragged things out instead of sorting out the problem. When we asked for a spare key because ours was left inside the room, they made excuses before finally handing one over. Later the key was blocked again. With two children, we waited a long time while they said the system was down. They only acted after I raised my voice and insisted they fix it quickly. The complex then lost power for several hours. The elevators stopped working, so I had to climb 11 floors with two kids. For a complex this size, there was no backup generator to power the buildings. It felt like all they cared about was taking our money and wasting our time. The pool, beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and accessory shop were very good. But the department managing the apartments was absolutely terrible.

The apartment itself was pleasant, clean, and nice, but the complex around it spoiled the stay. The pools were freezing and cost extra. Children couldn’t go in without a parent, and the parents had to pay even if they weren’t swimming. The kids tried the pool for half an hour, changed their minds because it was so cold, and still had to pay. Breakfast was 70 lari, which felt like it should cost around 10-15 lari. The store was awful, with no fruit or vegetables and half the shelves empty. One side seemed to be under renovation, while the other felt like a mess. There was construction in one building and next door, with drilling and chiseling during the day. The trains were only 30 meters away. For a place that claims to be luxury, it really didn’t feel that way.

We love this complex for holidays with my husband and child. The grounds and rooms are lovely, with lots of greenery, nice facilities, great pools, and a water park for the child. It’s very comfortable for a family break, and we come here nearly all year, not just in summer. It’s close to Batumi, which is great when we want a quick change of scenery. For a complex at this level, the prices are quite reasonable too.

We’ve stayed at Dreamland Oasis two years in a row, renting an apartment with a separate bedroom. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, and the balcony views were stunning. The grounds are beautiful and full of greenery, with several pools, a water park, and restaurants for different tastes. I found the restaurant prices a little high, though for a resort of this quality that’s probably understandable. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
