The restaurant's view was great, and its warm, friendly, approachable staff made breakfast a lovely start to the day. We should have returned here after our trip to Gudauri instead of going across the city to a well-known hotel, where our stay was traumatic. This place is definitely worth it. We stayed here recently and regretted every minute after transferring to A*****a Tblisi. The location is perfect, with all the attractions within walking distance. Front desk staff were polite and responsive, quickly and professionally handling requests to borrow a vacuum machine and fix a problem with our door. Their smiles when they answered our calls were legendary. Truly amazing.

We liked the balcony and its view, and the rooms were good and cleaned every day. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the highlights, but still quiet. Breakfast was good enough for us. We'd recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff and really good breakfast helped make our three nights memorable. The rooms were clean, and the old city location came with a nice view. Great hotel.

The only downside was the slope up to the hotel. Walking there from the main square can feel taxing, especially if you lead a sedentary lifestyle. If you're healthy enough, though, it won't bother you. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Our room was quite big, with an amazing city view from the balcony. Reception staff were friendly and arranged a friendly driver who took us to places like Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gudauri, Uplistsikhe Cavea, Gori, Sighnagi and more. The hotel is close to all the important landmarks in Tbilisi, and there are very good nearby restaurants serving Thai, Indian, Kosher, and authentic Georgian food. Beautiful hotel, highly recommended!

Breakfast was tasty, and the place felt quiet and clean. I liked the balcony view and the tourist area. In room 211, though, the shower needs better screening so water doesn't splash across the floor. Still, everything else was lovely.
