Luxury Oasis Apartment

Service at the resort was very poor. We had to wait until midnight for an extra bed. There were also problems with the electricity and water: the power went out and there was no water in the bathroom. It took two hours for that issue to be fixed.

The outdoor grounds were lovely, with landscaped areas, two outdoor pools, a waterpark, and a play area for kids. Security was good, and dinner at the Georgian restaurant was okay, both the food and service. The overall service could have been better, though, and we left after just one night. I booked a hotel apartment for two nights through AirBnb. It looked amazing in the photos, but after a nine-hour drive with two kids, we arrived to a room that was a complete disaster. It smelled indescribably bad, was filthy, and had stains on the sofa and mattress. There were no linens, the kitchen was dirty, and tiles were missing from one side of the shower wall. The apartment owner and resort management started blaming each other. The resort offered another apartment from a different owner, with a construction view and a higher price. That one was clean, but still had no linens, stained pillows and mattress, and no screens on the windows or doors. It was full of mosquitoes. The front desk staff and bellboys were helpful.

A lovely coast, three big pools, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The setting is very good for a holiday.

Such a beautiful place, though the food prices are VERY high.
