For an overnight stay, I’d choose one of the upstairs rooms in the main building. Large groups of local men sometimes eat and drink late on the patio, and their inebriated chatter carries into the neighboring rooms. The rates are reasonable, the food is the best in chiatura, and they make homemade wine.

The owner welcomed us very late at night, which was great. The rooms are basic but more than adequate, there’s laundry, and the price is very low.

We only stayed one night, but the food was honestly the best we had in all of Georgia. The owner and his friends were really friendly, and a couple of toasts on arrival are a must. Definitely recommend it.

The family were really friendly and helpful, and one of them speaks very good English. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. Their red wine was one of the best I tried in Georgia. It’s a really nice place in Chiatura, with a terrace where you can sit outside.

The owner made us feel so welcome and did everything he could to make our stay pleasant. He even drove us to the shop so we could buy orange juice, and he brews lovely chacha. The place was spotless and tidy, and the prices were great. What an awesome place! I’d recommend it to everyone.
