The room upgrade gave us an incredible view of the snow-covered mountains, which felt magical for the holiday season. We were also welcomed with a bottle of original Georgian wine and a basket of fresh, high-quality fruit. The reception ladies were kind, warm, and professional at both check-in and check-out. Sorry I can't remember their names. We had originally booked two nights, but the hotel contacted us ahead of time because the weather and road access might make the trip unsafe. They handled rescheduling flexibly, according to our preference, so we could visit Batumi seaside first. Once we arrived, room service stood out: every dish we ordered was delicious, full of flavor, and well prepared. Some of the best food we've had in Georgia. The service, food, hospitality, and atmosphere were all top-class. We also recorded our experience for our YouTube channel, “Christmas World Travelers”, where Goderdzi and the hotel are shown in detail. If you're planning a trip to Georgia, Ambassadori Goderdzi Hotel is a must-visit. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The kids' club needs more work. The restaurant and spa were the areas we used most during the day, and I want to thank both teams. There were plenty of staff, and everyone was attentive and caring. Housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. As I understand it, this is one of the few hotels in the mountains and certainly the most beautiful. Getting here from Batumi Airport takes about three hours.

Breathtaking views, a great spa, and really friendly staff. The ski-in/ski-out location is incredible, with deep powder right there. A great luxury base for freeriding in Goderdzi, highly recommended.

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. There are no paved roads or signs, and the route feels like a jeep trip. It's frustrating all the way, and if you don't have driving experience, it's better not to try it. Once there, though, I loved the place. The design is a 10/10, the restaurant food was genuinely delicious, and the hotel itself is beautiful and impressive. Everything felt precise and perfect. It was charming, easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The restaurant staff were a little stern and barely smiled.

The hot water pressure is a real issue. It drops, then suddenly comes out so strong and hot that you could easily get burned. There also aren't enough lockers for everyone's ski gear. The ski line is right in front of the hotel, which has its own ski rental, and they provide a snowmobile to bring you up because the drive from Batumi to Goderdzi is difficult, especially in winter. Still, it's the best hotel in the region.
