The heated pool was especially relaxing at night, and the hotel is handy for getting to the ski lifts. The place was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ski lessons and equipment rental, though, were quite expensive compared with the area.

The jacuzzi is the hotel’s standout feature, and breakfast is quite good with lots of choices. Its spot right on the ski piste also makes for a true ski-in, ski-out stay. The rooms were terrible, though. They’re claustrophobically small, with only a little window and lighting that’s far too dark. The cleaning also fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel. We were really disappointed to learn that checked-out guests can’t use the jacuzzi or spa. We had a late flight, and as hotel guests we felt they should at least let us end the stay with time in the luxurious spa. Instead, after check-out, you have to pay to use it. That felt disappointing and even shameful.

The outdoor hot jacuzzi, with its amazing view, was the best part. I came for the spa and massage services and would highly recommend both. The place is clean and well managed. I had a deep tissue massage, which was truly relaxing after skiing.

Eto, Miriam, Gio, and Bachana made our stay unforgettable, and the staff were always willing to help. The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious, and the spa area was great, especially the outdoor pool. An amazing experience.
