We left before even spending an hour there, and I wanted to go after just half an hour. For 100 lari, the three-hour spa visit got us a pool with missing mosaic tiles, weak jets, a jacuzzi with underpowered massagers, and a dry sauna at 100 degrees. There was no water fountain, so you had to buy water at the bar. The barman was busy on a private video call behind the bar and inattentive, then said, "my English no good" to brush us off. There was a ceiling leak right over the jacuzzi, which looked like a serious danger in case it fell on someone. We asked to give our feedback to the manager, but he wasn't around, and the receptionist didn't seem to care. The massage prices were ridiculously high, as if in the USA. That's enough to make you think twice about coming here. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a good experience at the spa overall. The hot tub could have been warmer, and I found it quite expensive compared with other places.

A welcoming reception and a clean pool made for a nice little spa visit. The sauna is spacious, and there's a bar inside with snacks and drinks if you're staying longer. Prices are good compared with other places in the area. I recommend it.

The friendly service and peaceful atmosphere make this a lovely place to recover after skiing. I found it relaxing and beautiful, with an emerald-colored pool, a hot jacuzzi, and a wonderful sauna. It has what you need to unwind before another active day. Highly recommended for a top-level relaxing experience.
