There’s really nothing here. No cleaning, and no nice people. If this were a one-star place, I’d agree with that rating. Edit: Since I posted the review, they’ve been texting me and saying nasty things about me. I’ve included an image. I honestly don’t know what I did besides leave this review.

The place is clean, lovely, and spacious, but there’s no drinking water or electric kettle in the rooms, and the toiletries are limited. Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had at a hotel: hardly any choices, and what was there didn’t look appealing. The staff weren’t friendly, and I wouldn’t choose this for a family. It wasn’t worth what we paid.

The snow covered scenery was incredible, and this is a good hotel for a ski trip. Staff were welcoming, pleasant, and worked hard. Breakfast was basic but tasty.

A supermarket that’s open 24 hours is just a five-minute walk away, and you can rent ski or snowboard gear cheaply right across from the hotel. The lift is behind the hotel, about a five-minute walk. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, and we had a nice stay. The hotel itself was okay. There’s no water in the rooms, and there’s no elevator, so luggage has to go up the narrow stairs to the fourth floor. Breakfast was free, but the selection was small, especially for vegetarians or anyone who doesn’t eat pork.
