The garden and pool felt cozy, and there was a playground for kids plus seating where friends could hang out. The food was decent, though the service disappointed. Inside, the building is old and needs renovation, and I saw no emergency exits or safety measures. I left early after a fire broke out on the fourth floor, possibly because old electrical wires overheated.

The room itself was clean and great, but I’ve stayed in nearly 500 hotels and this was the worst internet I’ve encountered. The WiFi barely worked at 7 Mbps, kept disconnecting, and wouldn’t even let me stream music. When I called reception, they said they didn’t know because they used a different network downstairs. I asked them the next morning to check and never heard back. The shower had little hot water, and the hot tub wasn’t working either. In 2025, internet shouldn’t be a hotel concern.

Breakfast was good, and the toddlers’ play area and large pool were nice. Parking gets limited when the place is full, though, and the pool can be noisy late in summer, with people still swimming at midnight. We also had a nonworking fridge, a broken shower head that made showering harder, and management never brought us a blanket. We should have been given the other WiFi password too. For what you get, it felt a bit expensive.

One of the most comfortable spots in Kobuleti, I’d say.
