The room had a good mattress, though the feather pillows might be an issue for anyone with allergies. We found the hotel cozy and homey, and the hosts were caring and ready to help. The rooms are simple but have the basics: air conditioning, a private bathroom, and access to a shared kitchen and washing machine. We didn't hear people in neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing seemed decent. Mornings did bring a rooster's crow, and a neighbor working on his car. Cafes, shops, the market, and beach are all walkable. There was always a street parking space in front. We were glad we chose this place.

It's a budget-friendly hotel on a quiet side street, with convenient parking behind a fence and a handy location. The sea, shops, cafes, and currency exchange places are all about 5-7 minutes away. The rooms are clean but small, and you can choose from several sizes. The slightly bigger rooms cost about 10 lari more, while smaller ones are cheaper. Guests share a large kitchen downstairs, plus there's a smaller kitchenette on the 3rd floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors also have spacious common areas for spending time with a group. The hosts were excellent.

The room had a double bed with a comfortable mattress, air conditioning, a private shower and toilet, a chair, and a coat rack or cabinet in the hallway. The building has three floors, each with an open balcony to sit on. We stayed in early June after booking through Booking.com. I called the owner, who arrived within minutes to check us in. It was 45 lari per night, and we thought the price matched the quality well. Parking behind the fence was free. There was a tea corner on our floor with what we needed, including a washing machine, which we especially appreciated, while the main shared kitchen was downstairs. The tap water tasted good, so we didn't need to buy bottled water. The room internet was weak but worked well once outside. The neighbor's rooster was a nuisance, though the double-glazed windows and air conditioning kept its crowing out of the room. The center was five minutes away and the beach seven. We had a great stay and felt recharged for the rest of our trip. Thanks to the hosts!

We spent ten days here in June 2022 and were so pleased with the stay that we didn't want to leave. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel felt cozy and was in a convenient spot. Our clean room had a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and TV. Parking was never an issue. We drove around the area each day to visit its many attractions, and we'd gladly return if we get the chance.
