Guest House Deme

The courtyard was peaceful, clean, and safe for the kids, even with a road nearby. We were only two minutes from a beautiful beach, with cafes and little shops close at hand. We came to Deme Guesthouse in September with a large group for a birthday and stayed one night. The hostess kindly set us up with a gazebo, barbecue, and skewers. It felt really cozy. We also ordered hot khachapuri and eggplant with nuts. Everything arrived on time and was a hit with everyone, clearly made with care. We even asked for the recipe for her signature eggplant since we'd never had better.

It's right in central Kobuleti, just a few meters from the main street, yet it stays peaceful and quiet. There's parking on site. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the owners clearly care about guests' comfort. You can choose a room with its own bathroom or an apartment with a kitchenette. There's a fully equipped kitchen on each floor, and the upper-floor rooms have balconies.

We spent our first New Year's Eve in Georgia with the family this year, and it was a fantastic holiday. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with nicely furnished rooms and everything we needed. The festive decorations had us in the party mood right away. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We'll remember this trip for a long time and hope to return very soon.

The location made things easy: the beach is close and the water is very clear. Cafes and bakeries are on the main street, there's an ATM nearby, and a Daily chain store right next door. Our hosts welcomed us like family, offered fruit and homemade khachapuri, and were always ready with help or advice. The rooms were clean and cozy. There's also a parking spot, a barbecue, and tables with benches for grilling or relaxing in the evening. If you're heading to Kobuleti with family, children, or a group, I'd recommend staying here.
