The owners were rude when we tried to sort things out calmly, and they ended the call by yelling at us. We had booked rooms a month ahead for a group trip, but just two days before we were due to go, the hotel called and demanded that we cancel. They said other guests had extended their stay and there were no rooms left. From that call and other reviews, it seems this may happen to guests at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend staying somewhere that treats people this way.

We reserved the rooms a month ahead. Just a few days before the trip, the owner called and told us to cancel, even though the rooms were unoccupied and still occupied. She wouldn't cancel the booking on Booking.com, then ignored calls from Booking.com, and there was no reply through the chat either.

Four days before we were due to arrive, the staff said the previous guests weren't willing to leave and they couldn't host us. My wife and I had booked the hotel room three weeks earlier for our vacation, so we suddenly had to look for somewhere else. At that point, not many hotels would take us with only three or four days' notice, and the rates we found were overpriced. Awful place and staff, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The owners were rude and yelled at me when they wouldn't let me check in. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
