They charged too much for poor rooms, with no proper Wi-Fi or AC, and the owners made our stay miserable. They overbook, and nobody seems to make sure guests aren't making noise or running through the corridors late at night. The owner Davit yells at guests' children for playing on the backyard grass, pulls them by the ears, and threatened guests with jail because someone had accidentally left the oven on all night. Nobody saw or heard it happen! I was there with my two-year-old son. The owners were hostile, and being micromanaged and yelled at left me needing pills to calm my nerves. I'm so disappointed. Shame on you. I'm never going back to Kobuleti because of these people.

The water may be cut off without warning, leaving you without a working toilet. Also, agree clearly on the checkout date and time with the landlord. He may show up and tell you to leave earlier, and there may be nothing you can do, especially if you don't speak Russian or Georgian. He seems greedy.

We stayed at David's Guesthaus in June-July 2023, during a very difficult time. Victoria, David, and their whole extended family supported us so much, and we're deeply grateful. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, and clearly put their hearts into their work. We felt as if we'd known them for years, and everything was lovely and cozy. Thank you for warming our hearts, scorched by war. Thank you!

David and Valera take great care of the place. They're hardworking, warm people who treat their guests like family. My wife did have a few complaints, but I thought everything was fine.
