Right in the center of Kobuleti, this hotel is clean and well looked after. The staff are good and especially attentive.

The hotel itself was okay, but the staff always seemed unhappy. It felt like a big family, from the grandmother to the grandchildren, and I won’t return. On arrival, they immediately asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation. When we asked if the laundry fee could be waived, the hostess said we could leave the booking as it was. If you want clean clothes, expect to pay 10 GEL per wash and another 10 GEL for drying. They wouldn’t dry our room, but did give us an extra dryer for the terrace. Service was practically nonexistent: the room wasn’t cleaned once during the week, and towels weren’t changed until we asked. We had to keep requesting toilet paper, and after asking for a broom, we ended up cleaning ourselves. The pillows were very thin, and there were no duvet covers. We were told to use the bedspreads on the beds instead. There’s a kitchen with a stove, and I was allowed to use it without an extra charge. There’s also a cafeteria, but I didn’t feel like eating there because the staff sat on the ground-floor sofas all the time. It made the place feel like their home, even though I was paying quite a bit for the hotel. At check-in, we had to sign a document saying we’d pay for any property damage. When checking out, they inspected everything very thoroughly right in front of us, almost like a search, which felt unpleasant.

Just a 2-3 minute walk to the sea, and the owner deserves a big thank you. I was impressed by how clean it was, even compared with much pricier hotels. The room had everything for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, its own fridge and kettle, and glasses. The water system worked, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was very good, too.

Everything was close by, and the location felt ideal. The staff were thoughtful and friendly, always ready to help. My room was cozy, clean, and kept in good order. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend this peaceful, comfortable place to anyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
