The room was a comfortable size, the location was very good, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and typically Georgian. It’s a family run hotel with a winery downstairs that has been there for generations. There were some irritations: the curtain barely covered the window and didn’t block out the light, and the owners had a late dinner that got loud, with a few of them carrying on until about 2 am. The wine I tried, maybe just that batch, tasted more like apple cider.

We had a fantastic two days at Hotel Traveler. The staff were attentive and warmly welcomed our pet, which made travelling with our furry friend easy. The pool was pristine and refreshing, and there was a great range of delicious food. Everyone we met was friendly and professional.

The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the bar cocktail was really good too. We enjoyed the drinks and the swimming pool was great. It’s a fantastic spot for a family or friends vacation. Every staff member was friendly, and the manager handled everything so well.

We liked lunch so much that we came back for dinner. The food was fresh and extremely delicious, and the place is run by a very friendly, welcoming family spanning four generations. They make their own excellent red and white wine too. A wonderful place in the heart of Signagi, absolutely recommended!

The family you stay with is sweet and welcoming, and I loved the place despite the lack of facilities. It isn’t posh or particularly well maintained.
