The location is just a minute from the sea, with views of both the water 🌊 and the mountains 🏔️. There's also a wine shop downstairs run by the same owners, though you can find cheaper wine at the market. Eteri and the hosts welcomed us like family. They're wonderful, hospitable people 😇, and the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens and towels. There's everything you need for a good stay. Communication was easy, and they were happy to show us around, offer suggestions and help whenever we asked. I recommend the place 😊😁.

I don't understand how this place got three stars. Calling it a hotel doesn't fit, and neither does motel or guesthouse. The room had beds, a fridge and cabinets, but the lighting was poor 🙄. In the bathroom, the sink, shower and toilet were all together, without a separate shower area, so everything got flooded 🤦🏼‍♀️. The Wi-Fi was weak and kept cutting out.

Eteri and her family have been incredible hosts every time we've visited with our large group. They offer advice and help in such a kind, low-key way. The rooms are clean, and they'll clean them when you ask. We never had trouble with hot water. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and several stoves, there's lots of seating in the dining room, and each floor has a fridge. Outside, there's a nice spot for kids, along with gazebos and a barbecue. They’ve thought of everything for a comfortable family holiday. Thanks, friends, we’ll definitely see you again 🤗.

The sea is close, and the location is great. The hosts are wonderful, and they provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. There's a wine shop downstairs, though the market is cheaper. I highly recommend the place.
