The owner was super welcoming and caring, and the place is super close to the sea.

The location is a real plus: you can walk straight from the hotel to the beach, and there were no mosquitoes. There's also a cafe-bar, a yard pool that works for kids, good Wi-Fi, and an elevator, which was handy. In our two-bed room, we had a fridge, electric kettle, bedding, branded towels, two soaps and two detergents. The card operated smart lock meant we didn't need to carry a key. The hotel feels average now, though it seems like someone once put thought into its branding, look and design. The pool wasn't cleaned every day. There was a balcony but no way to hang laundry, and clothes I'd draped over the railing fell in the wind. Water wouldn't drain from the bathroom trap, so it pooled while we bathed. They fixed that within two days after we got in touch. The sofa was sagging, and the mattress with extra mattresses on top made sleeping pretty uncomfortable. No one came in to clean during our six nights, change towels or replenish detergent. There is no room service.

The location is convenient, and there's an elevator and a good cafe-bar. But at 250 GEL a night, I'd expect clean sheets and towels. Ours were dirty, and they don't clean the rooms. You have to leave it, and honestly it's better to leave the room alone. They run around with brooms, but there's no vacuum cleaner. Lots of little issues. I won't come back next year 🤔
