Online reservations are something they can't manage. I also found that, despite reservation sites saying pets are allowed, they refused my dog and were very rude about it being on their grass. My dog is a service dog for a disabled veteran, not a pet.

I felt this hotel was unsafe for families and children. I'm a US citizen, and my son and I were attacked after his necklace was stolen. The owner and his wife were racist, in my view. This was a horrible place to stay, and I'd give this nasty hotel zero stars if I could.

The owners came across as greedy and mean. The shower water was cold, and the toilet was outside.

Our hosts were friendly, and we left satisfied.
