The hosts are simply wonderful, and the hotel sits on a quiet street without loud restaurants blaring from the sea. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities. Food is delicious, affordable, and served in huge portions right at the hotel. It's close to the sea, and the boulevard that runs through Kobuleti starts there. Along the boulevard you'll find volleyball and football courts, plus a good playground about ten minutes away. The train station is nearby, with connections to Batumi and elsewhere.

The cafe with food inside was especially nice, and everything was fine otherwise. The rooms are from the Soviet era, with just beds and a shower over the toilet. It's only a place to sleep.
