The owners made the stay feel personal, preparing meals themselves and sharing a lot about Kobuleti's history. Terassa Hotel Kobuleti felt like a great choice for a family trip, and we'd gladly return. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. Having triple and quadruple rooms is handy for different group sizes, and the sea is across the road, around 200-250 meters away. The beach was nearly empty, which we loved. Breakfast was a highlight, with different porridges, pizza, and fresh vegetables, all made with care. There wasn't much fruit, but we were there in the off-season, so that made sense. The family-run hotel met the quality we expected and then some.

The hosts are so welcoming, and the place has a homely feel. The rooms are clean, the food is tasty, and they even offer you wine. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The owner was rude, swore at us, and kept locking the hotel door so we couldn't get in or out. Our room and bed were damp, and the air conditioning didn't work. There was a pool in the photos, but it wasn't theirs and guests couldn't use it. Don't trust the pictures.
