Prometheus Epic Hotel & Spa

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were cramped and uncomfortable, and a bad smell kept coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the beginning. When we told them there were bugs in the room, they said they couldn't do anything about it. For a place calling itself “4 star,” the service was a joke. There was no bellboy for our luggage, the WiFi barely worked, and most of the time there was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was poor too, with very few choices, low quality, and nothing that was Muslim friendly. I regret booking and would strongly advise avoiding it. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms, and nature all around. The staff showed the kind of hospitality Georgians are known for, and I'd tell tourists to meet them. The housekeepers clearly enjoy their work, which was lovely to see. Real Imeretian hospitality, and the restaurant was delicious too.

The restaurant was a real highlight during our stay at Tskaltubo Epic Hotel & Spa. We had mchadi, khachapuri, kebab, and salad, all fresh and full of flavor. The pool was clean and quiet, and the staff were kind. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made it a gem. We'll definitely come back 🌟💙

I love this place in Tskaltubo. The rooms are so cute, tidy, and extremely clean. There's a spacious pool with a jacuzzi, a little pool for kids, and a bar serving different drinks and snacks. I had a cold Coke with fresh watermelon and melon, just right for the hot weather. The pool area has lovely nature views too. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I especially liked the khachapuri and tomato and cucumber salad. The service is lovely, and everyone is so sweet and kind. I'd highly recommend spending a hot summer day here!
