Timur was the most welcoming host I've ever met. He picked us up at the airport, drove us to the cave of Prometheus, helped us out, and shared wine with us. Breakfast was delicious too. I'd recommend him to anyone!

The breakfast was okay, but I found the rooms cold in November, and some didn't have a private bathroom. Timur seemed more focused on how much money he could get from guests than on looking after them. He offered wine at what I thought were very inflated prices, saying a litre in a plastic bottle cost 60 gel. He counted all the glasses to make sure none were missing, and we ended up arguing over borrowing his blanket. In the end, we had to cancel his offer to take us back to the airport. The 4.7 Google rating and 9.8 on Booking seem much too high to me.

The garden has a nice gazebo, and Medea is only about a five-minute walk from the train station, towards Tbilisi. It's also near the town center. The accommodation was clean, the owner was great, and breakfast was generous. The bathroom is in the hallway. Airport rides and trips around the area are available.

Everything was spotless and breakfast was very good. The owner speaks Russian but not English, though he communicated really well with gestures and Google Translate. The place is a little off the main route, but he's happy to shuttle guests around.

The rooms were clean, but really cold, and taking a shower wasn't pleasant. The host was rude and unpleasant, and seemed interested only in getting as much money from us as possible.
