The host was so, so nice. We could have checked in very late, but our flight was canceled and we couldn't stay after all. Her son was already on his way to pick us up from the airport, yet they didn't charge us anything. Please stay here, guys! 🥹💗

Nino, the host and a sweet grandma, was in touch from the moment I booked and helped me choose rooms. She isn't fluent in English, but made the effort to communicate through Google Translate and was very pleasant. She even checked whether boating was available at Martivili Canyon, although our stay was just starting, since her son Beso is a tour guide. We were a family of five and our room was spacious enough for me, my wife, and our three kids. The private bathroom was outside the room. It was a little cold, and the water from the health faucet was freezing. We'd asked about dinner, and Nino agreed to provide it for 20 GEL/ person. The homemade food was really tasty and special, and the kids enjoyed it too. She also gave us wine and juice, plus refreshments for the kids. Our Georgia trip ended with one night at Beso Apartment at Kutaisi, and it was an awesome stay. For families looking for an inexpensive but good place in Kutaisi, I would recommend it as value for money. The host is caring and sweet. If the toilet facilities were improved, it could compete with 4 star hotels. This is all based on our one-night stay.

Nina, the guesthouse owner, was very nice and helped us make arrangements. We couldn't understand her language, which was a challenge, but she still helped us out. Her son Beso was amazing too, showing us some of the best places in Kutaisi and sharing his song collection. I still listen to it. It was a very good place to stay.

The location was peaceful and still close to the city center. My wife and 2Y old kid had a pleasant stay, and Host Nino sorted out what we needed, including food, utilities, and getting around. She also arranged sightseeing and intercity transport, which helped us keep to our itinerary. Highly recommended for families.
