We found the host friendly and easy to reach, and she even let us use her parking space. The triple room was fine for the price, though it could have been cleaner. At night, a central AC or heating system made a humming sound, but it was bearable. The street was quiet despite being close to the center, and the price felt fair for what we got. Breakfast was too basic for us, so after trying it, we chose not to have it again since it was optional.

The rooms were bright, and the place felt quiet, cozy, and very clean. The location was great, and the service was satisfying too. I didn't take any photos, but I had a great stay and will definitely book City Hotel again next time I'm in Kutaisi.

The staff were very pleasant, and the price wasn't too high, but the room was a letdown. It was VERY cold in the morning because there was no working heat and the balcony door was broken. The shower flooded the bathroom, which wasn't clean enough to begin with, and the hair dryer was partly melted.

It's in a perfect spot near the city center, and the room was clean overall. Still, it needed a bedside lamp, some kind of shower curtain, and somewhere to store clothes.

A lovely, clean family hotel in a great location, with kind and helpful owners and staff. Airport transfers are available too. Excellent, 100%.
