The rooms have good air conditioning, though they're small, with a very compact bathroom and little storage space for bags or clothes. It's a guesthouse near the city center and the amusement park, with a cable car that goes to the center.

The rooms were absolutely awful. On arrival, we found that guests were left to deal with their own door locks. Ours was coming loose because it hadn't been screwed in properly, and sometimes it jammed. The air conditioner didn't work, so we woke up sweating. In the bathroom, the basic fan didn't ventilate the room and could only be turned off by switching off the light. The bathroom itself felt like something out of a horror book. Behind the toilet was a piece of styrofoam with black mold on it. The toilet paper roll was already half used when we arrived, with no extra rolls. The toilet and shower had no divider, so theoretically both could be used at once. There was no shower gel or shampoo, and the shower water stayed ice cold no matter which way we turned the temperature control. The service was terrible. The owner or receptionist and the cafeteria server only knew Russian, and were very apprehensive about it. The food was horrible, like something from a Soviet cafeteria, and ended up giving half my family diarrhea. The bread was stale and dry, and we were served leftovers from the previous dinner in the morning. Nothing on the dinner table was warm, and neither was breakfast. The water they served tasted like tap water at best, or like it came from rooftop rainwater tanks at worst. Without question, this was the worst hotel of more than 150 I've stayed in. Please avoid it for your own sake.

The breakfast was very poor: cheap sausage, hard fried eggs, bad khachapuri, and instant coffee. That was the only breakfast on offer. When we checked out, the owner was smoking a cigarette at reception. The hotel was very poor overall. There was no shower curtain, so water ended up everywhere in the small WC. The mattress was hard, the pillow thin, and there was no soundproofing, so you could hear everything from the nearby rooms.

A simple little family hotel, but nice and clean. It's outside the city center, though the cableway is only a 3-4 minute walk away. It takes you to the center in a minute, for just 1 lari.
