The decor is lovely, and the location is central. The receptionist was very polite and, when we had trouble getting directions because the communal WhatsApp group number wasn’t responding, she gave us her own WhatsApp number. The rooms also weren’t very soundproof, and the water pressure was an issue. There’s no elevator either. Service management was the main letdown. They stocked a big range of minibar items, even vapes, but didn’t provide a vanity set or hair conditioner in the bathroom. I might still return if I visit Kutaisi again, since hotel choices in the city are limited.

Breakfast was one of the best included hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had, and the retro style made the hotel both charming and comfortable. Some fixtures need maintenance, and our safe didn’t work, but those were fairly minor issues. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed for two nights in a cozy room overlooking the pool and felt right at home. Everything ran smoothly, and we really like small boutique places that work with local businesses. There’s no lift, but it’s only one flight of stairs, so that was fine. Breakfast wasn’t part of the stay. We found Tuta nearby, though, and it was a relaxed spot for an early bite and good coffee. We’d happily stay here again when we’re back in Kutaisi.

The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after, and the amenities were better than we expected. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Its location was perfect too.

The manager at the front desk is lovely and welcoming. With its tasteful design and comfortable rooms, this charming hotel seems ideal for a couple or someone traveling alone. The best in the region.
